The cake jars are the absolute best!! All the flavors are incredible but my absolute fave is the red velvet! It’s the right amount of sweetness and is so moist and delectable! I also highly recommend the pepper jelly, both the original and the pineapple pepper jelly. With some crackers, it’s the most satisfying snack!
The pepper jam is delicious I had it with some fish cakes and omg the sweet and hot flavor make it taste better

OMG Nick‘s of the best touch taste and quality cake in Brooklyn. It’s been a long time since I’ve had Cake taste so delicious it’s expanding I just recently bought a cake for my son‘s 25th birthday. It’s a two flavored cake it was lemon pineapple flavored Four layers of cake with cream cheese filling. Oh my God it was so good and that was my choice of liver that I requested and it was wonderful believe me you guys should try it, very simple I had a picture of it!

Tried Nikki’s Dulce De Leche Cake Jar and it was a tremendously delicious experience in that jar every bite was a new delight in my mouth I want to order more and can’t wait for that taste again.

Very respectful vendor. Very prompt and exact. I ordered the Belizean meat pies and they were ready on the time. Payment was successful no scams. As far as the taste. It was wonderful well seasoned as the crust was very delightful

Nikki’s red velvet cake was super delicious and so moist. I asked her to put caramel in between the layers and the Belizean icing on top….she graciously complied and everyone enjoyed it mucho!! We also got panades and conch fritters which were delicious also… did not disappoint!!
Last but definitely not least was the cassava pudding…. Mmmmm so so good. It was just the right texture all over and full of ginger which I love. Thanks again Nikki for everything.

For my birthday, we ordered a carrot cake from Nikki’s Cuisine LLC. Not only was it beautifully decorated with a cute design and edible glitter, but every person at my birthday dinner agreed that it was the best carrot cake we’ve ever eaten. I highly recommend!
I’ve tried two flavors already and all I can say is I can’t wait to try the rest. She hit it on the money with the cake in a jar. The cake itself is so moist and add all the flavor she packed into each jar is really amazing.

This review is long overdue but I ordered some Belizean creole bread, meat pies and her famous hot pepper jelly! Everything was really really good. Her bread was nice and moist, the meat pies were delicious, meat perfectly seasoned! And that hot pepper jelly was the perfect combination of sweet and hot! My mom who was visiting from belize, ate it with everything. She loved it! Thank you Nikki. I’m planning on placing another order very soon! If you’re craving some good Belizean foods, place your order! I promise you won’t regret it!!
