Creole bread is traditional Belizean homemade bread that is made with coconut milk. This soft and delicious bread is a perfect addition to any meal!

Ingredients:
6 cups flour + 1 cup reserve
1 tbsp active dry yeast
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 stick/ 1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup vegetable shortening
1 – 1 1/2 cups coconut milk (warm)
