Founded in May 2018 by Nicole Gordon, Nikki’s Cuisine LLC is a food and catering service rooted in the heart of Brooklyn, NY.
For Nicole, the magic of food goes beyond flavor—it stirs memories, evokes emotions, and brings people together. Growing up in Belize, Nicole’s love for food blossomed from a young age. One of her most cherished memories was the aroma of her mother’s home-cooked meals, something she eagerly anticipated every day. Food wasn’t just nourishment; it was a way of life.
By age 8, Nicole was already in the kitchen, baking her first cake with her beloved Easy-Bake Oven. By 10, she was mastering the stove, always under her mom’s watchful eye. These early experiences would shape her future.
Living with her parents and five siblings in Belize, Nicole learned how to make the most of limited ingredients and a tight budget. These challenges only sparked her creativity. She quickly became known for turning simple ingredients into gourmet experiences, a skill that impressed her friends and family. Nicole took pride in proving that great meals didn’t require extravagance—they just needed love and imagination.
By 2002, Nicole had officially started her catering business in Belize. She took on the challenge of exploring new cooking techniques, creating dishes to delight every palate she encountered. Today, Nikki’s Cuisine continues that tradition, now based in Brooklyn, NY, sharing the flavors of her heritage and shipping some of her most-loved foods across the USA.
