This is a little late but better late than never. I came across Nikki business when Searching for someone to cater my mom’s 90th birthday, not know anything about her business previously. She was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. We did traditional Belizean meal and deserts. The food was a big hit with everyone. Nikki works with a company that delivers food, the price was reasonable and efficient, they delivered from Brooklyn NY to NJ. Panades was the favorite for everyone. The cake jars, tarts, cake, rice&bean, salad chicken meat balls ham plantains potato salad , mac and cheese everything was outstanding. For sure I would use her service again. Thank you Nikki for helping to make our Moms celebration a big success. Give her business a try you will not regret.

Nikki is an excellent cook! The food is authentic Belizean food, and so very delicious! Portions are large, and the food is so very tasty. Everything I bought definitely exceeded my expectations, the dinner plates, tamales, conch fritters, panades, meat pies, coconut tarts, cake jars and jam rolls. I have tried it all, and have not been disappointed! I highly recommend her!

Please treat yourself and buy something from Nikki’s Cuisine! I fell in love with the pineapple and coconut tarts. They were fresh and beautifully packaged. Nikki was very accommodating and communicative surrounding my food restrictions. Ordering and scheduling pick up was also super easy. I look forward to trying more of her desserts soon!
I knew i made the right choice with Ms Nikki. The minute i placed my order she she contacted me with a few questions and bam! A week later I had my Johnny Cake and Milk Cake Jars! The Milk Cake jars are absolutely delicious (eating one as I type) and the Johnny Cake put the biggest smile on my sons face. I will definitely be ordering again from Ms Nikki! Wow wow wow. I dream of eating the authentic taste of a Belizean milk cake… Well this is it. Beautiful design and taste to match what else can i ask for.
We ordered a whole Thanksgiving meal from Nikki’s Cuisine for our family, and everything was amazing. The turkey, rice and beans, potato salad, mac and cheese, ham, and stuffing were all seasoned perfectly. And the coconut tarts for dessert did not disappoint, just like last time. Every dish was excellent, and we barely had any leftovers. Highly recommend!

OMG Nick‘s of the best touch taste and quality cake in Brooklyn. It’s been a long time since I’ve had Cake taste so delicious it’s expanding I just recently bought a cake for my son‘s 25th birthday. It’s a two flavored cake it was lemon pineapple flavored Four layers of cake with cream cheese filling. Oh my God it was so good and that was my choice of liver that I requested and it was wonderful believe me you guys should try it, very simple I had a picture of it!

Tried Nikki’s Dulce De Leche Cake Jar and it was a tremendously delicious experience in that jar every bite was a new delight in my mouth I want to order more and can’t wait for that taste again.

Nikki’s red velvet cake was super delicious and so moist. I asked her to put caramel in between the layers and the Belizean icing on top….she graciously complied and everyone enjoyed it mucho!! We also got panades and conch fritters which were delicious also… did not disappoint!!

For my birthday, we ordered a carrot cake from Nikki’s Cuisine LLC. Not only was it beautifully decorated with a cute design and edible glitter, but every person at my birthday dinner agreed that it was the best carrot cake we’ve ever eaten. I highly recommend!

This review is long overdue but I ordered some Belizean creole bread, meat pies and her famous hot pepper jelly! Everything was really really good. Her bread was nice and moist, the meat pies were delicious, meat perfectly seasoned! And that hot pepper jelly was the perfect combination of sweet and hot! My mom who was visiting from belize, ate it with everything. She loved it! Thank you Nikki. I’m planning on placing another order very soon!
